This Privacy Policy describes how FLIGHT Cannabis Co. ("FLIGHT", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit flight23or.com, use our services, or interact with us. By using our services you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

We collect information in three ways:

  • Information you provide directly — name, phone number, ZIP code, email address, age confirmation, and consent records when you sign up for SMS, fill out a form, or contact us.
  • Information collected automatically — IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, referring URLs, and timestamps. We use cookies and similar technologies to collect this information.
  • Information from third parties — our payment processor (for payment status and confirmation) and our shipping carriers (for delivery tracking). Age confirmation on this site is a self-attestation you provide directly; we do not currently obtain it from a third-party verification service.

2. Age verification

FLIGHT sells hemp-derived cannabinoid products intended only for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. By using our services, you affirm that you are at least 21 years of age. Age is confirmed by self-attestation — once at the age gate and again when you place an order. Photo ID may be requested by the carrier at delivery.

3. How we use your information

  • Deliver marketing messages by SMS or email where you have consented
  • Send order updates, menu drops, and product information
  • Process and fulfill orders through our fulfillment and shipping partners
  • Comply with federal hemp requirements under the 2018 Farm Bill and applicable state hemp laws, including age and shipping-destination restrictions
  • Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud or abuse
  • Improve our products and services

4. SMS messaging

We use SMS to deliver menu links, promotions, and order updates only with your explicit opt-in. See our SMS Terms for full details on the program, including how to opt out. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Sharing your information

We share information with:

  • Order fulfillment partners (3PL warehouses, shipping carriers) for the purpose of preparing and delivering your order
  • Payment processors for the purpose of completing payment
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers for the purpose of operating this site and securely storing order records
  • Email and SMS providers for the purpose of delivering order updates and, where you have consented, marketing messages
  • Compliance and regulatory authorities when required by federal or state law or court order
  • Service providers (hosting, analytics) who process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality obligations

We do not sell your personal information to advertisers or data brokers.

6. Your choices

  • SMS opt-out — reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately.
  • Email opt-out — use the unsubscribe link in any email.
  • Access and deletion — California, Oregon, and other applicable jurisdictions provide rights to request access to or deletion of your personal information. Email hello@flight23or.com to make a request.
  • Cookies — most browsers let you control cookies through their settings. Some features may not function correctly without cookies.

7. Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

Our services are intended only for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect or solicit information from anyone under 21. If we learn we have collected information from a person under 21, we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated through our site or via SMS / email where appropriate.
