SMS Terms

These SMS Terms (the "Terms") govern your enrollment in and use of the FLIGHT SMS messaging program (the "Program"). By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to these Terms.

Program description

The FLIGHT SMS Program delivers marketing messages, menu drop alerts, first-time buyer offers, and product information to subscribers. We may also send transactional messages relating to your orders or account.

Opt-in

By providing your phone number through our enrollment form and explicitly checking the consent checkbox, you expressly consent to receive recurring marketing text messages from FLIGHT at the number provided, including messages sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may also opt in by texting JOIN to our shortcode (TBD on launch).

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on Program activity. Subscribers should expect roughly 4–12 messages per month, with potential additional messages during menu drops, holidays, or new product launches.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. FLIGHT does not charge for the SMS messages themselves, but your wireless carrier may charge you for sending or receiving messages based on your mobile plan.

Opt-out

You may opt out of the Program at any time. Reply STOP to any message from FLIGHT to unsubscribe. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further marketing messages thereafter. To rejoin the Program, you must opt in again.

Eligibility

The Program is open to adults 21 years of age or older. By enrolling, you affirm that you meet this age requirement and that the mobile number you provide belongs to you. The Program is available to subscribers in states where FLIGHT can ship hemp-derived products under current state and federal law. A small list of states (Idaho, Mississippi, South Dakota, Rhode Island, Virginia, and others) restrict or block hemp-derived intoxicating cannabinoids — subscribers in those states will receive informational messages but not menu-drop or order content.

Carriers

The Program is supported on major U.S. carriers (T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and others) but carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We register a 10DLC campaign through a cannabis-tolerant aggregator; delivery rates on some carriers may be lower than for unrestricted retail messaging.

Privacy

Our use of your mobile number and related information is governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your mobile number or SMS-related data to third parties.

Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued enrollment after material changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify subscribers of material changes through the Program.
