Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of flight23or.com and any related services (the "Services") operated by FLIGHT Cannabis Co.. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to use the Services. By accessing the Services, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older and meet any other legal age requirements in your jurisdiction. We may, at our discretion, require age verification through a third-party provider before allowing access to certain features.

2. Compliance with applicable law

FLIGHT sells hemp-derived cannabinoid products. Hemp is federally legal under the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (the “2018 Farm Bill”) when it contains ≤0.3% Δ9 THC by dry weight. All FLIGHT products are formulated to fall within this threshold. A small number of US states have additional restrictions on hemp-derived intoxicating cannabinoids; we do not ship to those states. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

3. No medical advice

The Services and any content (including product descriptions, blog posts, and the first-timer's guide) are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not medical advice. Cannabis products have not been evaluated by the FDA for the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of any disease. Consult a qualified medical professional before using cannabis if you have any medical condition.

4. Ordering and payment

FLIGHT sells directly to consumers through flight23or.com. Orders are processed through standard e-commerce flows and shipped via standard carriers. Specific terms of sale, refund policy, and shipping policy are presented at checkout and form part of your order agreement. Online checkout for this build is being wired up — until then, orders are taken through the existing storefront.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services if you are under 21 or otherwise prohibited by law
  • Misrepresent your identity or age
  • Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the Services
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without our express written consent
  • Resell or commercially exploit any content from the Services

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Services — text, graphics, logos, product imagery, software, and organization — is the property of FLIGHT Cannabis Co. or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. Use of any content beyond the rights expressly granted in these Terms is prohibited.

7. User submissions

Any feedback, suggestions, or other materials you submit may be used by FLIGHT without obligation to you. Do not submit confidential information you do not want published or used.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. FLIGHT Cannabis Co. DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLIGHT Cannabis Co. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FLIGHT Cannabis Co., its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Lane County, Oregon.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
